  • 2024 - 90 hour course Inna Segal - Awaken the healer course level 2, including counselling techniques in; Victim, Saboteur, Inner Child Paradigms, exploring emotions/feelings held with certain disease processes and organ dysfunction. How to interact with a client so that it is a ‘client based’ awakening of dis-ease, with their awakening of; outcomes, obstacles and plan, on how to heal. Supportive, gentle tools for understanding pain and how to work with the client so they can shift it.

  • 2024 Evidence reviews for; Migraine, headaches, TMJ dysfunction to write online courses and completion of my Jaw Physio Book (3 years in the writing!).

  • 2024 - membership with Mentor, Roy McDonald, Onelife. 3hrs/week training for 12months. 30 hours of self directed modules, 60 hrs of lectures. Training in mentoring, paradigm shifts for win-win situations, how to talk to clients so they are in charge, goal orientated with detailed plans, outcomes first,

Many hours in mindfulness training, meditation training & retreats. Counselling of my own. I meditate daily in tranquil abiding (on the cushion eyes closed! – not always successfully!), and meditation in action of various forms (my current favourite is spring forest Qi gong & Ho’oponopono - hawaiian philosophy).
